Our quality standards
Every item we receive undergoes a rigorous quality check before being listed. The items we accept are sorted according to the following criteria:

"New"
This item is new and has not been used.
This category includes items that are new with the original tag or packaging and items that do not have the original tag or packaging but have never been used.

"Excellent"
This item is like new! It shows no visible signs of wear or washing.

"Very good"
This item has no major defects. Due to wear and washing, there may be light fading or mossing on areas such as the knees, seams and hems. The garment may also have light scratches.

"Good"
The product has clearly been worn, but is still in good condition. There may be minor signs of wear such as small holes (maximum two), light fading or stains.

"Satisfactory"
The product has been used and there are signs of this.
There may be signs of wear included in the "Good" category, but only major wear, such as scuffs, tears, fraying and scratches that are not original.
